If you need help with anything in the frogshop, we are happy to help with your queries, but do read through the following to see if your question is answered here first.

Can I still buy Frog's old books (backlist) with the spiral binding?
No, we are not making the spiral bound books anymore, because we couldn't make enough to keep up with the orders, so we have put all Frog's old stories on the new "It's Frogtastic!" CD.
What do you mean by "Backlist" ?
The "backlist" is a list of titles that were previously published, so our back list comprises:

Will you be printing the backlist books again in the future?
We have no plans to have the backlist printed commercially, but we DO hope to have them available as "PDF print your own" downloads in the future.
What are the MP3 stories?
This is another way you can hear Frog's backlist stories - download them to your MP3 player, or listen to them on your PC - Frog IS a digital dog!
What are the postal charges?
We charge you the Royal Mail rate plus 25p for postage and packing.
We post first class within the UK and airmail outside the UK
Is it safe to buy from the Frogshop?
When you buy from the frogshop, you will pay via Worldpay, a recognised secure and safe online payment system. We do everything we can to protect you whilst shopping online with us.
We are also able to take orders over the telephone, and we accept cheques in the post if you have one of our order forms, though we encourage you to use the online shopping cart system as this is much easier for us. (please remember that one member of our office staff is QUITE OLD and is trying to learn NEW TRICKS)
How quickly will my order be despatched?
We will endeavour to despatch within two working days, and post your order first class or air mail.
Please allow longer at busy times, especially as it gets closer to Christmas!
If you need your order for a particular date, please email us with your order details and we will do our best to ensure prompt attention, or phone first to check our delivery schedule. (email and phone number at the top of this page)

What if I am not happy with the goods when they arrrive?
In the unlikely event that you are less than delighted with your Frog shopping, please contact us immediately to let us know what is wrong, and we will do our best to put things right.
Sometimes mistakes are made, so we will be happy to discuss your problem and sort it out for you as best we can.
Why are products cheaper on the wagsite than they are in the shops?
We can offer Frog's lovely stuff for a lower price because we are selling direct and do not have the overheads that shops have. A packet of dog biscuits and the odd ice cream go a long way here at the beach house.
